What we email, who gets it, and how to stop it.
What we send
Only what you ask for. Signed in with a verified address, you can turn on four kinds in Settings: saved pieces (a piece you saved sold or dropped in price), new arrivals, orders (an order was received or shipped), and notes from the shop.
People on the mailing list get notes from the shop.
Leaving
Open Settings, then Email. Turn a kind off, or press Unsubscribe from all. You have to be signed in, and every message links straight there.
You can also write to support@merchantofoz.com and we will turn it off for you. We act on a request within ten days.
Every message carries an unsubscribe header, so Gmail and Apple Mail show their own link at the top.
How it is sent
Messages come from noreply@notify.merchantofoz.com through Amazon SES. Replies go to support@merchantofoz.com.
Messages carry no tracking pixels and no shortened links. We do not share your address with advertisers.
